Entering my mid twenties, I began to slow down and truly notice the world around me — the quiet beauty in everyday moments, both small and grand. I started simply, capturing glimpses of life on my phone: the warmth of sunlight through a window, the character in a stranger’s smile, the way a place can hold a feeling.
When I moved to the Bitterroot, my appreciation for the natural world deepened. Surrounded by its raw beauty, I felt an undeniable pull to create. I reached out to my sister about buying her old camera, and from that point on, my passion began to take shape. I had long admired the work of many photographers from afar, but it was then that I finally found the confidence to explore that creative part of myself.
One of my favorite parts of photography is connecting with new people and discovering the stories that shape them. Every face, every interaction holds something unique, and I strive to reflect that individuality in each image I create.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of doing a styled/portrait shoot with Hattie this fall, and when I say my entire jaw dropped when she sent the final album, I'm being so serious. It felt like Christmas. Not only were the photos incredible - the movement she captures, the playful candids, the detail shots - but the experience during the shoot was as well. Hattie gave us so many fun prompts to take our mind off of posing, resulting in shots that let our personalities to shine through the photos & feel authentic. We were giggling the whole time. We had the best time shooting with Hattie! She came out to our ranch to try out her new lens and wanted to do a western-style shoot.
